  • Under profit-sharing offers where the software is provided free of charge, Market Master Bot will not be liable for any losses incurred.

  • You agree to pay 5% of the profits earned using our products/services within 15 days of receiving them from your broker/service provider.

  • Failure to pay within the stated period will be treated as a violation of these Terms. In such cases, your license will be revoked, support services will be discontinued, and continued use of our product will be considered a breach of our terms.

  • We provide multiple payment methods for convenience. It is your responsibility to ensure timely transfer of our profit share. We reserve the right to discontinue acceptance of certain payment methods at our discretion.

3. Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks for any payments made to Market Master Bot. For issues, please contact our support team at support@marketmasterbot.com for resolution.

4. Refund Policy

All payments made to Market Master Bot are final and non-refundable.

Refunds or credits will not be issued in cases such as:

  • Dissatisfaction after purchase

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchase

  • Lack of required expertise to use our system

  • Inability to activate the software due to insufficient technical knowledge

Users filing chargebacks/disputes will automatically lose eligibility for refunds and future services.
